The Work under this Project consists of the installation of approximately 1,720 linear feet of new storm piping and structures, installation of a hydrodynamic separator, abandonment of approximately 580 linear feet of existing storm drainage with flowable fill and relocation of approximately 260 linear feet of 8-inch water main. The project also includes the replacement of curb and gutter and installation of new sidewalk.

Items include the construction of sidewalk, curb, curb and gutter, asphalt patches, asphalt milling and asphalt paving, concrete entrances, manholes, catch basins, stormwater BMP, multi-use paths, ADA improvements, pipe installation, construction of turn lanes and other roadway construction, reconstruction of streets and other items generally deemed incidental to roadway, drainage, stormwater facilities, water, and sewer pipe construction.
